We started our vacation by driving down to Port Canaveral and staying at the Radisson at the Port the night before our cruise. It was a great place to stay and we loved it. We left our car at the Radisson and they shuttled us to the ship and picked us up when we got back off our cruise. It was well worth the money to stay there.

The embarkation went smooth and quickly. It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the time we were dropped off at the port to get on the ship. The Glory is a great ship, the staff was real friendly and nice, but some of the guests were on the rude side.

This was our sixth cruise with Carnival and we had the best head waitress we have ever had, Andrea Boros from Romania. The assistant, Tina, was also very good. Our dining room experience was great, great food and good entertainment by the staff. The Maitre D' never came by our table. On all of our other cruises the Maitre D' would come by and introduce himself and ask about our service, food, etc. In fact, we never seen him in the dining room except very briefly as we walked in and at the end when he made his announcements.
