Just got off the Legend yesterday on her maiden voyage from Tampa, and here is my review.

First, I cannot blame Carnival for the weather. The front that caused the nor'easter blew over our house at 10 in the morning. After it blew over we got into the car and drove to the port (45 minutes). Dropped off the car with the valet and proceeded to get on board. No problem with the initial security and went to find the VIP check in. This was a disaster! It was a little area just off the general check in line and there was a line there that was long with only 2 agents working it. We should have gotten in line with the general boarding people because they were getting on board quicker than us. We waited and waited because some of the people ahead of us did not have all the information needed filled out or proper ID. Saw some of the general boarding agents come to VIP area to get some peoples packets. Carnival has to fix this. There were a lot of people who were mad. Once we got to the agent (45 minutes) it took 10 minutes to get all of all things and board. It took about 4 hours after we checked in to get our luggage. This was the ugly part of the trip.

Now the good things which is a long list.
