This was our 8th cruise, third in Princess, second to Western Caribbean. We are a married couple in our fifties, and we live in South America.

Embarkation: We were in Port Everglades at 11 Am., and we already found a long line, in the shade. But in twenty minutes the embarkation procedure began, and went very fast. In our particular case, it was fast in spite of the incompetence of the Princess employee who took "care" of us. Simply, she didn't know her job, but we were lucky because another employee was close to her, and told her what to do. We already had our boarding passes printed online, and that is a great help to speed the process. In fifteen minutes we were aboard, and our cabin was ready. We had our luggage delivered in two hours. In the meantime, we had lunch in the Horizon Court.

The ship: The ship is in very good shape, clean and new. We didn´t notice the smell mentioned in some reviews. The cruise was packed, but we never felt the sensation of being in a crowd, in restaurants or in other public areas. The cabin was fine and very clean. Our steward was Miguel, a Mexican guy who always did an excellent and non intrusive job. In the balcony we had two chairs and one big table, appropriate to have breakfast or lunch. The ship is gorgeous. The pools are fantastic, and it has plenty of chairs and sundecks. Departures and arrivals were always on time.
