Flying-make sure you fly the day before your boat departs. Our plane reservation was canceled but we were ok because we did not need to be on the boat until the next day. There were many people who missed their boat(Princess cruise lines) and had to fly to the next port the boat was docking at.

Getting on the boat was so easy and only took about ten minutes(Princess line looked very long). RCL deserves a medal for their service.

The boat itself was very nice. We haven't cruised since 1980 so this felt like our first time. Our room was great. I would suggest you make sure there are rooms above and below you. Our dinner mates were below the windjammer buffet and could hear the food carts rolling above them. Our room was in the middle of the boat and was very convenient to the elevators and stairs.
