EXTREMELY slow, but as our rooms were not ready -- that was not a problem -They had the doors to the stateroom corridors locked, and there was a person on most floors letting people know that an announcement would be made when the rooms were ready -An announcement was made a little after 3 that all rooms were ready 
Room: 
-Room was tidy, but not clean -Cracker crumbs all over carpet -Safe locked from previous passenger (we have reported it 3 times so far -- twice at the reception desk, but it is still locked) -Sofa stained -- went and got a pool towel to cover it -Balcony floor not cleaned (oh, well -- at least we're on a cruise) 
Fire drill: 
-Painless -Ours was in the Liberty Dining Room -- so much better than having to stand in the hot sun -- or to have to stand at all 
Room: -Lots of storage -Used TV as nightlight and clock - just press "HOME" on the remote control, and an NCL screen with logo and clock appears 
Lazy J's: 
Personable staff -We were seated from 615PM - 815PM -Missed sail away party, but enjoyed the restaurant 
Reception desk: 
-2nd trip for locked safe -4 employees, all dealing with complaining passengers -Employees kept a smile on their faces and really did try to help 
Room: 
-Came back to room 10PM -Room still not make up -No new towels, no ice, and no freestyle daily -Never did see steward -Bed firm -- loved it -5 pillows -Bathroom smallest we've seen in a long time -Weird bathroom trash bin -Extra storage behind side vanity mirror 
Saturday observations: 
-The employees we encountered could not have been nicer, or tried harder to please -It is the employees you DO NOT see that drive you batty.00 tours on most islands (at entrance way to building) -Checked luggage to the left of entrance -Obligatory photo option -Security check with ticket and photo id -Cruise Visitor Guide at the side of the security check -Check-in seemed organized (we waited only 2-3 minutes) -Latitudes area was more crowded than regular area -Ship map at the counter (we did see more being handed out at the reception desk) -Nowhere to sit inside terminal - but benches inside the building before security checkin 
On Ship: 
-Was told lunch at the buffet -Asked if it was being served in the dining room, and was told no -Another employee said that it was -On the way to Skyline we made reservations at Jefferson's Bistro for Lazy J's for tonight -Reservation times started at 6:15 P -We went to Skyline and they were serving lunch -Much quieter and peaceful that the buffet -Service was fine, but as everyone has said ...
