Sail Date: Feb 2015
Cabin: Inside Twin Cabin

My Wife & I have just had the misfortune returning from a P & O Cruise on the Oriana This was a special anniversary which was due to leave on the 23 February to the 05 March 2015 We are absoluttely disgusted with the service, food, and complete disregard for the less sble and disabled passengers the cabin was the one of the only good points as it was a fair size with lots of drawer and hanging space with nice shower and facilitiesI will list our experience as follows:

(1) Waited in disembarkation 30 mins in line when arrived at terminal for check in was told just checking you in we are not P & O Staff nobody available to help with walking disabilty then waited in line for custom check

(2) Arrived on Oriana was informed will be in Southampton until next day and cruise itinary changed due to weather so will not be calling at La Corona and all ports not as itinary
