NCL has really gone down. Ship needs overhaul, food in buffet was really not good. How could you continually mess up omelets? We are Platinum members in a mini-suite and I will tell you there really is not a perk worthwhile for achieving this status, we were treated like a first time cruiser. Not that we were expecting a lot but after spending 10s of thousand of dollars one would think a little more attentiveness would be warranted. Beds were worn, balcony a mess, drink servers appears to be scaled back (we had ultimate beverage package) trying to get a drink was a struggle at times. NCL and Carnival are almost dead even. Just my thoughts. Most important think about cruising is date selection and length of cruise. Go with whoever gives you the best deal.

**** Luxury cruises are not compared to these.
