Celebrity is our cruise line. The Reflection was nice, however, not our favorite. Cabins, food, bars, were all up to par. The customer relations on this ship-and starting at the Miami port, really ruined our experience, and had me in tears at the end of our cruise. We seriously had to make multiple trips down to deck 3 to resolve simple issues that should have been handled immediately. We were promised phone calls to assure us that things were taken care off, that we didn't receive-that facilitated another trip down.

The ship was late sailing the first day-no table numbers in the room for dinner-bad customer service made me think something has gone wrong at Celebrity. It had been a year since our last Celebrity cruise-and the decline was palpable. I understand that there is new upper management-that could be the problem.
