My last cruise experience was very disappointing and I do not intend to ever travel with Royal Caribbean again or at least on this boat. The staff was very helpful and hospitable, however the boat was very old and should be retired ASAP. I was conveniently told by the representative over the phone that my room was a very nice spot on the boat, however realized that my room was conveniently located next to the orchestra for the shows so rest was impossible. Eating on the cruise was a job in itself as every time I would feel hungry and would think of eating the restaurants would be closed. As well as being woken up abruptly in the middle of the morning in Belize by the boat dropping the anchor in which I thought was the boat sinking. Even more complaining coming from the boat rocking the entire time and I have gone on some bad cruises but this boat is by far the worst for this in that I could barely stand when walking around. The really only positive was the drinking package in which I split with other people but don't tell RC that. I was able to go to the bar and receive a drink very quickly. The ports are what you make of them Honduras and Belize are scary but Mexico isn't as bad as everyone says I mean you can be robbed in America so no worries there. So thank you for the overwhelmingly bad experience and I will be in search of a new company to travel with next time.
