The first thing when we arrived we noticed our room was dirty, it looked like someone with tanning oil had fallen against the door and mirror, you could see the outline of their back. There was a bottle of water on the counter unopened so being that we had the beverage package we drank it and were charged 5.18 on our bill, apparently water is not a beverage. We went up to the buffet and the food all seemed to be some sort of comfort food and that is what we were served EVERY single day the entire time we were there. Mac and cheese and rice were the high light. The breakfast was just gross, soggy very wet scrambled eggs, that is when they were open. If you got up at 6am all you were offered was cold cereal and pastries from the day before. You were not allowed to serve yourself ice-cream and it was shut down by 8. As for the drinks, if you went to the bar to get it yourself most of the bartenders were way too busy and frustrated with you, if you were lucky enough to get a chair by the pool (we did once in the week we were there) you noticed the waiter charged you on average $3-$4 more per drink for the same drink. I guess you can chalk it up to customer service is just not what it use to be. The land excursions were just the biggest rip off, we paid 160.00 for one person to swim with the dolphins but were not allowed to take our own photo's, instead they were selling you their photo at $40.00 yes $40.00 PER PHOTO.... We did have a good time but it was more of a booze cruise than anything. Did I mention there was only one deck with 2 small pools? Way too many people on the ship to share 2 very small pools.
