This was our second time on this cruise, with two teenagers and two adults. Both times I have found the staff to be very helpful, polite, cheerful, etc. Even the passengers on both cruises acted well (knew how to have fun without getting out of hand). The ship was very clean. The balcony cabin was nice and the interior cabin for the teens was perfect (with bunk beds). The only complaint I have is with the constant badgering by wait staff to buy alcohol in the pool area. I do drink beer, but I don't like to have someone not willing to take "no" for an answer. During the fun day at sea day, it was incredibly difficult to relax in the pool because somebody was constantly coming by and trying to talk me into buying booze. The typical response to my "no" was something like, "When will you be ready?" This issue with the alcohol pushers and the apparent competitive attitude between the bars (I have to believe that Carnival places some type of very high sales goals on these guys).
Although old, this ship is still very well maintained and has great facilities. Exercise room was very updated and well equipped. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained.
Our teens had a blast in the Club O2, which is for the 15-17 teens. I don't know about the club for the younger teens, but they met a lot of great friends, and the staff seemed to keep things fun but under control (I peeked in a few times unannounced and I was impressed).
I have no complaints about the cabin whatsoever. In fact, the cabin stewards were extremely attentive and very pleasant. Shower pressure and temperature were great. TV reception was very good and decent selection, including an in-house movie channel.
