Ok, first I'd like to say for those of you who gave this cruise a 4 or 5, it is either your first & you have nothing to compare it with or you need to give your head a shake.

This ship is old & tired & it was like a time warp going back 20 years. They had some of the same entertainment we saw 15/20 years ago. Rooms were worn, drawer bracket broke off while opening it. sink was cracked, beds were horrible. Food was awful in both the windjammer & main dinner. Coffee tasted like sludge most mornings. We couldn't drink it a few times. Overall appearance of this ship was worn out. Called guest services one day as our toilet wasn't working. Couldn't hear a word she was saying as the music from the Centrum was so loud. Went up to guest services & I had to yell in her ear to hear me over the music. Who designed this ship? My husband got sick 5 days in & I caught the same bug on day 7. Many people were sick the last day. We noticed that in the windjammer that some people were coughing or sneezing into their napkin, then setting it down on the table. The waiters would remove the plates etc. then they took that same napkin used for a sneeze & wiped all the crumbs & bits & pieces off the table, then took a clean damp cloth to finish, therefore they were cross contaminating all the tables. Yuk

I could go on & on about things like on the very last day, it rained all day & there was absolutely nothing to do all day. People were just wandering around aimlessly all day, unless you wanted to learn how to do napkin folding, REALLY?
