We booked this cruise five days before sailing. We were only able to get an inside cabin which was interesting but bearable. The cabin was fine but really needed some updating. We were directly below the stage which was very loud. We ate dinner during the early shows and went to late shows, so we survived. Our room steward was exceptional and he made the inside cabin much more pleasant. The shows on this ship were very good and food was good as well. Many of the common areas had been recently spiffed up. I know this ship gets a bad rap but we really enjoyed it, even with the drunk spring breakers.
We did the Chef's dinner which was exceptional, well worth the extra money. Such an amazing dining experience.
Our two ports were Cozumel and Grand Cayman. On Cozumel we went to Isla Passion. It was any okay beach but I think I would have preferred just exploring Cozumel. On Grand Cayman we did the turtle farm. We really enjoyed it here. They have a beautiful, fresh water pool that we spend a few hours at. It was empty and we practically had the whole pool to ourselves.
This was a last minute cruise so we were stuck with an inside cabin. It was bearable but really needed updating. This cabin is directly under the stage and is very loud during shows.
