Hi everyone, your info and reviews were so helpful to me that I wanted to make sure to share my own experience on the Fantasy. About us: Mid 40's couple from Charlotte, NC with a 16 year old son, second cruise ever (first was the Celebrity Constellation from Miami in April 2013), normally vacation in Florida and the Caribbean using VRBO.

We had a great time! We are not experienced cruisers but wanted a quick and painless warm weather get away. Seeing the Fantasy in Chas. harbor many times has fascinated my son (this was his first cruise) and we were happy with the idea of not having to fly so we decided to go for it. We booked a junior suite with the tiny balcony - V4- because we loved it on our earlier trip and wanted to share how cool it was with our new cruiser. Jose was our steward and he was great, we had a tidy cabin each time we returned and a towel animal each evening. The bed was pretty comfortable and the linens were nice. The sofa bed worked great for our 16 year old. There was a little wear and tear- carpet stains mainly, but everything was clean- the bathroom especially was always spotless. If we do the Fantasy again we will want the same room.

Location-wise this was a great cabin for us. We were steps to the pool, dinner, bars, and our favorite spot on the ship- the forward deck on the Veranda level (hopefully I am using the correct terminology). We had this area to ourselves many times and the starwatching was superb. Lounge chairs would have made it golden but that didn't seem to be practical due to the wind. Also, these rooms were on a very quiet corridor- we had little to no noise outside the room.

Great room, tiny balcony but we still enjoyed it. Little movement thanks to nice weather.
