Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

I traveled with my family of 4, including my parents. The service itself at bars were satisfatory, however, at dining rooms we had to wait 15-20 minutes every time we sat down to get water, the people organizing the tables did a bad job for not letting the waiters know that we were there. We waited patiently every time but we had better experiences with other cruise lines.

Also, they have charged us twice for a package that we did not order. After a month and a half, I still have an additional charge on my credit card statement. I tried contacting customer service but, it seems impossible since we live outside the United States.

My family and I have traveled many other times with other cruise lines and we rated their customer service as poor. If you would like better service, look for the restaurants that you have to pay on board.
