I am a first time cruiser and had a bad impression for the get go. My key wasn't keyed so when I went to get my picture taken, it wouldn't take. So I was escorted out by the security guard. This ended up being a huge ordeal and it took over an hour to get it straightened out. Great first impression. throughout the cruise my key would work so I had to get and wait in the pursers line which was at least a half hour each time. What a waste!

The ship needs a renovation! There are stains on the carpets, tiles broken throughout the ship, etc.

Our rooms looked clean however the duvet cover was stained and dirty, it wasn't changed prior to our arrival. Also the sheets were torn and very dingy. I wouldn't say they get changed between stays. Not the cleanest. Our room was surrounded by a bunch of kids, we got no sleep at all and it was horrible!!!!! Next time I would ask not to be around kids.
