We have just returned from a fortnight on Azura. They have some service issues currently which seems to be because staff were transferred to the new Britannia leaving it short in some key areas. She is a little tired but having a spring clean after the return to Europe. In truth the service has declined but when back up to full complement ought to be ok and I'd have no qualms rebooking. We had a balcony near the stern. Bathroom was small but otherwise it was fine.

I don't understand some of the other gripes. The additional cost eateries are great. 17 is amazing. Even at £28 it is well worth it. Drinks prices are very fair compared to other cruise lines and the gratuities sensible although obviously not to the long queues at reception on day 1. I'd love to know what these people actually did tip. The upstairs buffets can be a bit hectic at times but the food is hot, well cooked and plentiful. You just have to pick your time. Main restaurants not wonderful initially but improved and by the end were good. We raised the service issue and the manager phoned us to discuss it the next day.

One of the things we like on her is that you can always find a quiet spot. Sun beds are busy on sea days but much of that is due to those who hog them by leaving towels over them.

Big balcony. Small bathroom. Near lifts/stairs for buffet. A long walk to the front though!
