First I would like to say that I really enjoy Carnival, and besides Celebrity it is my favorite cruise line. The Miracle staff overall were good, however there were a couple of things worth mentioning. I was somewhat taken back by the some of the staff members on this cruise. (Feb 14 sailing).

Embarkation was late. We had purchased Faster to the Fun, however we did not board early, no problem though, everything else was provided as advertised for the Faster to the Fun price.

During the lifeboat drill the Carnival representatives were just on one end talking to each other rather than walking down to our end for the demonstration. They seemed very entranced in conversations among themselves.
