We sailed on The Adventure of the Seas on the Southern Caribbean route as we had we wanted some guaranteed sunshine before and after the cruise Puerto Rico before and because the route avoided islands we had visited before.

We booked a guaranteed oceanview room and were lucky to be allocated a family room 9200. This was very large sleeping up to 6 and thus very comfortable for 2. It also had 2 very large windows facing forward giving some fantastic views from bed in the morning as we approached ports.

Boarding was very straightforward. We arrived close to our designated time which was quite early due to being on a higher deck. People though from all decks were turning up at times that suited themselves and appeared to have no problems. Read more
