Fantastic ship, easy to navigate, friendly crew and great service. We've taken 40 cruises on many different lines and this rates as one of the top 2 or 3. Our Aqua Class cabin was the same configuration, with a few extra amenities, as a standard veranda, but the location on deck 11 was very nice. There is a 10-12 ft. overhang from the deck above so it has the feel of an extra room protected from the weather and midday sun. We were pampered by our stewards Jose and Houksh the entire cruise. Some have said they hear early morning and late night noise from pool deck chairs being moved above and occasionally you can, but it is definitely not a problem. The big perk about the Aqua Class is dining for breakfast and dinner in the BLU restaurant which is like a private dining room. It is billed as healthy eating and it probably is, but the food is fantastic, the service from our waiters Mansur, Hariadi and Dennis was next to none and the manager Aelita extremely accommodating. Most of the tables are two tops, but have tables for 4,6 & 8. Smart casual is the dress code every night. Having access to BLU is definitely worth getting an Aqua Class cabin.
Entertainment was very good...not a big fan of the production shows, but the comedy/magician/juggler shows with Phil Tag, Pete Matthews, Brad Cummings, Dave Burleigh and Scott Alexander were all fantastic. We also enjoyed singer Claire Vinkesteijn and her two performances. The band 'Front Row' played at several venues around the ship and are very good. The Hot Glass show is worth seeing. Many bars around the ship. The IPhone lectures by Richard are very helpful and entertaining.
The itinerary of two sea days when you can get to know the ship, five port days and two sea days was very nice.
Book this class. Great location half way between elevators. Highly recommend this location.
