My wife and I decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on the Regent Navigator . Our BA flight to Miami was uneventful , almost enjoyable .

Once we had cleared Border Control my wife and I expected to be collected by the Regent agent , along with all the other cruise representatives . The Regent representative was nowhere to be seen . After negotiating a steep downhill slope to a lower terminal level we found the Regency representatives. These Regency representatives offered no help or assistance with the movement of luggage from the airport terminal to the final pick up point . By this time there were 12 Regency cruisers waiting to be collected and delivered to the hotel . After a long wait (approximately) 30 minutes we were herded onto a 50 seat bus and taken to our hotel . The following day 120 Regent cruisers were once again herded onto various buses and taken from the hotel to the ship.

Once on board it was fabulous , with a couple of hiccups beyond the control of Regency, a great cruise .
