Just returned from an excellent cruise round the West Caribbean. When I read some of the reviews I can't believe I've been on the same ship. The food to was great, parti ularly in the waiter serviced restaurant. We used the self service restaurants for breakfast and lunch because we love sitting outside to eat. In all fairness in the self service restaurants the food was basically the same every day, but we could have gone intò one of the restaurants where the food and choice was excellent. The entertainment was good and varied. We had some great evenings going round the different venues. This is our first cruise with P @ O, having cruised with other companies. I think some passengers have now been on so many cruises that they have become ultra picky. The bottom line isthe Azura was clean, I felt safe and staff went out of their way to ensure we were well served and the transfers between the airport and the ship just could not be faulted. Thère is just one problem that I think should be addressed and that is reserving sunbeds first thing in the morning and just leaving a towel and book there all day without having any consideration for other passengers. There is a notice that comes up on the deck screen asking people not to reserve beds which is totally ignored. I think members of staff should ensure this policy Is adhered. I am sure it will ruffle a few feathers, but the majority of passengers will appreciate just being able to use a bed if and when they wished to.
