This was my first cruise. I took my mother for her birthday and we were both long overdue for a great vacation. I knew we would have a good time, but i wasn't prepared to be that blown away. The ship was stunning. The food was excellent. The entertainment was 1st class. The service was 5 star from every employee on board. It felt like they were all genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best time possible. I was surprised at the age demographic. I was warned that the age on board would be significantly higher than mine (35). While I did not encounter too many people younger than me, there was a broad spectrum of ages on board. The guests that I had met all gave similar reasons to mine for choosing Celebrity- Excellent food, not a lot of children, luxury without pretension. I have no complaints and only praise for every aspect of this ship and it's staff.
