To start, I really do not like cruises, but this was a special charter for a bunch of bands so we decided to go on this cruise. Now for the positives, the boat is very nice and all the crew were polite. They had several options for dining, from the buffet up to the sit-down dinners. The use of the "fish" on the carpets to help you remember with way was the front of the ship to the back was a nice added touch that did help us remember which way to walk to our cabin.
Now for the areas needing improvement. The most important thing when on vacation is a bed that is comfortable, not hard as a rock. The beds were so uncomfortable the only way I could even fall asleep was the rely on Zzzquil to pretty much force me to go to sleep. I know they can't always replace beds, but at least invest on some sort of memory foam, feather bed toppers, or something to prevent really bad nights sleep.
They advertise a 24/7 pizza delivery service, but it wasn't worth the $5.00 they charge. It was not well cooked, and really should be a much thinner crust then they were using. For something they are charging a premium for it should be something at least as good as the $5.00 pizza from Little Caesars. Plus I am really not sure why all the shopping, even for medications, are tied to the Duty Free store preventing you to buy anything you may need if docked.
