I have traveled on NCL for years and I am a Platinum Member. I was so disappointed with this Mega Ship.

First of all, the ship is all Bars, Restaurants, lets just say not a very Family Oriented Ship. They are here to make as much money on pushing Booze and Specialty Dining and any other thing they can to rip you off for.The pool is so small for over 4000 guest that you would have to take a number just to get in the pool..There are no good seating anywhere you can just chill and relax away from the Mad Crowds and Screaming kids. The Library is so small and there are no Internet cafe if you want to call 4 computers in the Atrium with all the noise a place to sent a message home. The layout of the ship is horrible, walk anywhere in the Floors of 6, 7 and 8th and you will see Bars, Restaurants , a Casino and Small theater that seats 800..are you kidding..4000 people are now fighting to see a show that is repeated all through the Cruise. Saw the Rock of Ages twice because that was all there was for a production show. Burn the Floor was in Dining room, so if you do not eat there forget that show. Second City was also the same show over and over. The Circus show was a Whopping $39.00 with a Dinner that you could get free elsewhere. Save your money there..not worth it! The Hot tubs just 4 in all where filled with kids and drinkers spilling booze and vomiting in them , so that was out. If you are a Smoker they have a small walled up glass "Prison" for them in the pool area or out on deck 8 in the Waterfront Bar to freeze on the cold nights or Casino that the Slots are so Tight they pay out "Nothing"..save you money!! All I can say is Mr. Sheehan the CEO of NCL should listen to his Cruisers and stop building these MEGA SHIPS they suck..I felt not welcomed by staff like it was just a job, heck with the Customer. Activities were not good at all. I started joining the kids activities because no Adult things where ever happening..They need to throw all the Furniture Overboard especially the seating it is worn, dirty and uncomfortable, no lounges on deck to sit and read. Watch out by pool , very Slippery when wet at least 6 people had fallen badly and got hurt, how about Rubber Walk Ways? I could go on and on here. I will say The Buffet was Excellent the Dining Rooms not so, small portions etc. people ended going to Buffet after dinner cause they were still hungry. Well, I think I will switch Cruise Lines, I was just so unhappy and forget making a Suggestion to them or complaining to Staff, they just do nothing!! I spoke to other Fellow Cruisers and they Complints were similar as I have stated, so I know I was not Imagining it ..
