We flew from SFO to FLL on Virgin America.

We rented a suburban from SIXT, the price was right....but not convenient-it was off terminal--my bad! We stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis the night before the cruise- sensational hotel, top notch!! We had dinner at Shorty's Ribs in Miami-super ribs-one of the best rib places I've ever eaten at! We walked around Bayside Marketplace, had some cocktails and went dancing at a Bayside club. Since there were 6 of us, we dropped all of our family (ages 83 to 21) and luggage off at the port and my husband and I dropped off the suburban and took a taxi to port.

This was our 5th year in a row spending my birthday on NCL....4th time NCL EPIC Haven. We stayed in a Haven 2 bedroom. What an awesome vacation-went by much too quickly! Already planning our next NCL vacation!! NCL really got it right with the Haven!!

Cabin Review

Courtyard Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Most excellent!! My mom, husband, and 22 year old son (which we never saw) and I shared the suite. Haven is the most spectacular way to spend a vacation. You really don't have to leave the Haven if you don't want to. The Haven has a private swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, sundeck, POSH, cafe, dining club, cocktail lounge, mini gym, mini spa treatment room, concierge area, reading/game room and dvd library and concierge escort to shows or priority disembarcation and embarcation.
