Cabin: Concierge Class 2

As Sydney Departure port was under renovation caused awful congestion, we thought that seeing we had a Concierge Class Cabin would get priority boarding - wrong, frequent Celebrity Cruises got the go ahead first. Could not go and find our cabin until 1pm so hoards of people headed to the buffet waiting it was impossible to find a seat. When we did eventually find our cabin saw our steward once and never again for the three days., I would not recommend spending the extra money on Concierge Class.

We tried all the Restaurants thought the Tuscan Grill, Silk Harvest excellent. Murano service was rushed like the waiters were in a race.

Bistro on Five was truly odd. Went and inquired told to wait 20 minutes for a table not sure why as half the tables were empty. Grand Epernay Restaurant was beautiful but service very slow. Rather odd ship as with the exception of the Grand Epernay found the rest of the ship rather dreary and brown.

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

Cabin was quite roomy but deck chairs needed replacing and the perks for Concierge Classdid not exist. Saw our Cabin Steward once.
