We were on the Sun on the 8th of March 2015 and I must say that Norwegian did not impress me at all. We had a balcony 0057 and the daughter had 0056. The shower and bathroom floor in her cabin was wet 3 days and it was reported each time and some one would come to look at it and stuff more towels in the pipes around the wall There was water leaking from the ceiling tiles just outside our cabin that they had a catch bucket there everyday. The last two days the sewer smell was terrible, even in the casino. The food was very bland and they had the same food on the buffet everyday. We ate in the seven seas on 4 nights and it was nothing special, the service was just good at best. The crew was friendly and the cabin steward was allright. In the buffet there was water running on the floor from under the steam tables so bad they had a person there with a towel all the time, and a caution sign WET.The ports were good, but that has nothing to do with cruise line. Could not get a straight answer from them about OBC from travel agent, they said agent didnt send any and it was from them, just never got it straighten out. This was my first on Norwegian, after being on many Princess and Carnival cruises and it will be my last for them, I have to say that George Solomen and the comedy of Tim was the best part of the trip.Over all weather was great ports were good but the floating hotel left a bad taste. Never again.
