Overall a good cruise.. Fair Ship

Embarking: Very Unorganized. The main area was very crowded. We have been on royal Caribbean and carnival and the boarding process was a lot faster. Norwegian had very bad customer service. Once on the ship received good service and lifeboat drill was easy.

First Day at sea was very nice. The pool area was very small and not a lot of space for anyone. For a ship this size there should have been more space. After being on carnival, celebrity and royal Caribbean, I was disappointed in the pool deck on Norwegian getaway. Read more
