Yes it is definitely WOW. I was actually a little worried about how this cruise was going to be after all the negativity that I had read before we left. I now can say, these bad reviews must have been written by people that hate life and just cannot be happy where ever they are. This ship is absolutely amazing!!!! There was something going on at all times. The entertainment was over the top. Mamma Mia WOW!! The people we spoke to that had seen it on Broadway, commented that the entertainers in this show, were better than Broadway. They didn't have anything bad to say about the Broadway show, it was just that the Quantum was amazing. This was #9 cruise for us, and we loved the dynamic dining. It was fun going to all the different restaurants( we went to all the complimentary ones) with the exception of Izummi. I am not a fan of this type of food, so we went to the windjammer after my husband had an exceptional dinner. The food was fantastic...no matter where we were. We really liked the dress code of dressy casual. We did 2 formal nights at the Grande , and it was soooo good. I will tell you that the staff were exceptional no matter where we were. The Music Hall had something going on every night and on the last night, they did a "Jam" session with all the different groups from the whole cruise. We went to see Starwater twice in that beautiful room 270. There was also a virtual concert, and we spent a lot of time in there relaxing. They served a light breakfast and fantastic lunch.There were so many technical things going on in there..very interesting. Our cabin steward, Adrian, was right on the ball. It seemed as soon as we left our cabin, he was right there with it. We had a couple of special requests, and he was right on top of them. Our D8 balcony cabin was beautiful with so much room. We really noticed the difference in its size,and the storage was plentiful for 12 nights. The washroom was also bigger with a bigger shower and great water pressure compared to other ships.

We also have to say, that we have never been with a more friendly bunch of people with the exception of the French Canadians that were rude, pushy and out and out mean to staff. They were just ignorant and a disgrace to Canada, and yes we are Canadian. We are 60, and we had many great conversations with many people younger , older and our own age. So many good mornings. have a great day etc. whenever you were on the elevators. Over all , it doesn't get any better. So like I said at the beginning , if you can't enjoy yourselves on something so spectacular...STAY HOME :)
