As large as the ship is I felt claustrophobic. I am used to Disney ships where they do not try to stuff in as much money making venues as they can and have a small walking area. We had a balcony and spent a lot of time in our room. Their "track" is only in the center of the ship. You have to run/walk through sweaty, greased up people whose seats were right at the perimeter of the thin track. You could easily bump into them. You also had to go through smoking areas. I am on a track for health, not breathing in smoke. If you wanted to push your luck you could walk (with dirty looks) into extended areas but we chose not to. The gym is very small.

We were lucky enough to receive a sale price for our "Concierge" room. I am sorry, but Celebrity has no idea how to do concierge. They need to learn from Holland America. Everything they listed as a perk for Concierge you had to request, you did not just get it. Also, the concierge was shared with the whole ship. In the daily paper it said anyone on the ship can use the concierge. Holland America has fewer Concierge rooms and a central private room where the concierge is. It also has a light breakfast, snacks all day, refreshments all day and a library.

For some reason......and I have cruised many times so I am not an ogre, our room attendants seemed afraid of us. No one else on the ship was afraid of us. They had no reason because they kept our room spotless and did a wonderful job.
