Sail Date: Feb 2015

Went on a 7 night cruise around the Canary Islands in Feb,,,, The Majesty is a very friendly ship with lots to keep you occupied any time of the day or night,, food was tasty, hot, and there was always lots of delicious dishes to choose from,,, we paid extra for the drinks package, I think this is a good idea if you like wine with your meal, drinks while in the bars and theaters, and any other beverages throughout the day and evening,, We were on deck 7, outside cabin, which was excellent, we had a large window flat screen T.V, and plenty of space for storage.. The entertainment crew did an excellent job of keeping everyone busy, with lots of quizzes etc,, There are two theaters with excellent shows on for all tastes,, singers and groups playing music throughout the day and evening, at different venues of the ship,, so always something to do while on board,, although you won't be spending that much day time on the ship as there are so many fabulous places to visit while on shore,,, In Madeira, you will be able to walk from the ship to the lovely town area via the very picturesque promenade, along the way you will pass the statue of the great Renaldo who was born there, he also has a museum run by his cousin, that's if you are interested in soccer. !!!!! , La Gomera was also very pretty, with quaint shops and places of interest to visit,,, all in all, a fantastic week was had by us both,, off next on the Island Escape,, will keep you updated on that one soon,,,, Happy Cruising...x
