This was are third cruise that my wife andI have been on. our first two cruises were with Princess, we wanted to try a different cruise line this year. Not because of bad experiences, but more to see if there is something better or different out there.

Well with trying a new cruise line we were dissatisfied with cost (being more expensive), thought there would be better service (pool side and bar). We also found, we couldn't see through our balcony glass while we were sitting. Being on the 7th floor seemed like we were sleeping in the casino, it echoed in our room. On the upside service in the dining room was excellent Luis Orencia from Philippines and Jason Francis from St. Vincent gave great service as well as made us feel at home. Also, our stateroom was very well taken care of by Perceval Valeriano from Philippenes our stateroom attendant.
