My wife & I booked junior suite 905 & paid the £42 to select this cabin. We were given suite 916 because Thomson had overbooked the cabin. It had an obstructed view & the cabin was cold because of the air conditioning & very small. We complained to reception & eventually got our £42 back; but no change of cabin. We were promised that we would be moved to our selected cabin (905) for our second week. Deck 9 is directly beneath the pool deck & on our first night, there was a party on deck 10 which went on till gone 1.00am. Then at about 6.00am the kitchen & pool staff started cleaning & preparing deck 10 for breakfast. On both occasions the noise was horrendous. Needless to say, we complained again & were told that the party was a one-off. However the noise continued for the rest of the holiday.

The restaurant was clean but the food disgusting & repetitive after the first week. We virtually lived on bread rolls. There was no special menu's for diabetics & the restaurant very cold. The waiting staff were mainly Filipino's & their command of the English language was a lot to be desired.

The cabins were small the sanitary fittings old & outdated & the dressing gowns provided were old & too small. We feel that for Thomson to charge £64 per person per night for a junior suite is a complete rip-off

Cabin Review

Cabin junior suite

Cabins very small & cold with old outdated sanitary fittings. The dressing gowns provided were old & too small. Very few with unobstructed views. Had to open cabin door to hear any announcements. Not enough room under beds for suitcases.
