We have cruised on Celebrity, RCC, and Carnival. This was our first Princess cruise because we liked the itinerary. Absolutely, the worst! The mattress was terrible and the pad our room stewart added didn't make an improvement and desk services were no help at all. The ship is dirty - filthy windows throughout, drapes need washing, mold in our shower, bathroom vent were full of dust YUCK!!

The dining room food was very good and we had wonderful table mates. The Horizon Court food was hit or miss; sometimes luck warm, and we were often offered what we ate the night before in the dining room. Leftovers I guess. The public restrooms were always in need of attention to the point that both my husband and myself returned to our cabin to even to pee.

There is a very odd embarkment. You enter the ship to the elevators. No welcoming party. We had never experienced this on a cruise before. Our first impression didn't get much better even though we tried to make the most of it. Read more
