I took part in many cruises. Costa Diadema - a really beautiful ship. Entertainment - good, but one night without evening show. Why? Many bars, many places with music. Food - great. But Costa Diadema has water, tea and coffee only during breakfast, during lunch only water. After this you must pay for any drink. OMG, first time of my many cruises I had to pay for water after 3 pm. I couldn't drink water, tea or coffee whenever I want without payment - a very commercial approach to the guests. No night snack. No evening pizza - only for money. Dinner - waiting, waiting, waiting... Usually 10 min. to get a menu, 15 minutes to give the order, after next 20 min. you get first dish. Waiters need more training, one waiter was professional, so organization of work is the problem. I was no presentation of the crew and the captain during night show - beautiful tradition during every cruise. This makes me to come back for a next cruise. So, Costa Diadema has a great potential and should improve some things. Now - I prefer MSC and NCL.
