Everything is a waiting game that is expected, newer is not always better. However, when porting your seated by representatives who do not pay attention. People that where seated last where served first. I've been cruising for a while and this has been my worst experience. They tried to do more with less. They ran out of ice, they ran out of soda. The food was disgusting. What ever was left over, they mixed it as a baked something or other but not fresh. There staffing was minimal and overworked. The sport activities where over booked. Their port time to these destination where not on time. If you ordered a drink from the bar, they would serve it in a 4 oz glass, if you asked for a taller glass 8 oz, they would charge you the same $8.00, I guess that's a good thing but "you have to ask". Parents allowed their teenagers to run the ship with no regards or respect for others. Some where drunk. The elevators worked whenever they felt like it. Children running around in night clubs after 10:00 pm. The rooms where not as described. The rooms crackle, lots of little noises. The channels on the television are pre recorded so for seven days you watch the same shows over and over again. If your planning to get rest and relax, don't count on it. My departure time from my room was at 9:30 am, they started knocking on my door at 6:30 am. I felt like I was in a circus. When I returned, I needed another vacation.
