On February 9th myself and 8 friends boarded the Carnival Triumph for an 11 days cruise of the Caribbean from Galveston, Texas. We had all decided to do this cruise due to they were offering single cabins with no supplement charges for a great price of only $340. Wow was it worth the price.

Since I am a Platinum level member with Carnival I was able to get all my friends to board with me, not stand in any possible long sign in lines. We were all on board and in our cabins within 10 minutes. We all went to the buffet for lunch which offer a large choice selection. Varied, tasty and well served. After wards we all took a tour of the ship to see where every thing, every room and every place for us to take advantage of. This is a good idea for any one who has never been on any ship. Get to know the ship!

Dinner that night was in the "London" dinning room. A very pleasant looking room. The hostess greeted us with a very nice smile and showed us our table. We were offered drinks and given the menu. The menu shows every day dinner meals and specials that changed every night for dinner. The waiters were very attentive and brought what ever we needed and more. Great job to all waiters! You earned our kudos!!!!

The very front of the ship. If you watched the TV and saw a white pole in the front of the ship, that pole was right in front of my room. Great view!
