We left rainy cool Houston on Saturday February 21. We had some problems getting to the ship with Execucar being late and a rude driver but eventually made it. At around 11am we breezed through security and ended up in the large waiting area with group number 12 waiting to board. About 20 minutes later we were on the ship. I had my camera out and took a quick picture in the gangway and was promptly yelled at by the security guard (I never knew no photos on the gangway) We went up to the pool deck and because it was raining no one was there so we had our first yummy cheeseburger and drink of the day! After a quick tour around our room was ready at 1:00pm and luggage arrived by 3pm. We got it all packed away and off to another tour around the ship. It was not crowded in any area and easy to get around.

We ate most of our dinner in Tsars. Give yourself lots of time and you will not be disappointed. A few nights we ate at the buffet after the early show and that worked well, too. Most breakfasts we ate at the buffet but also a few in Tsars on non-port days. Lunches were at the Irish pub or buffet. Generally the food was good and love that you can order more if you are still hungry. The shows were great. Loved the cirque, comedian, gymnasts and magician. We checked out the White Hot Party in Spinnaker, was fun but a bit too techno music for long term and ended up dancing in Fizz to White Hot Rock Music. Staff were very friendly and happy to be there. Had great service everywhere. A super cruise on a ship that is fun and easy to navigate. Highly recommend it!

Cabin Review

The cabin was fairly small but lots of storage. Our cabin steward Robert was amazing. Always found a time when we were gone to straighten up and he made the best towel animals I have ever seen. Kept the ice bucket full as well as fresh towels. We live on the balcony and loved the view from the 9th floor. The bed was very comfortable and quiet part of the ship. Our cabin is quite forward so kept us in shape wandering back and forth to dining and theaters.
