This cruise started with the new boarding scheduled time system, and it worked super. We are Platinum and were able to almost not stop walking and get right on the ship, minor stop for actually grabbing the cruise card.
The employees were all super, very friendly, energetic and eager to please. We found that we did know three from previous cruises and that was a plus.
The ship was in fairly good shape with new carpeting in most areas, the beds were comfortable, we did not use the egg crates on top, but did find them under our beds.
Cabin Review
This cabin was just what we expected as we always choose one in this area. Bed was head to bow which is perfect for us. It did appear to us that the safe was new and a little smaller as my wife's purse used to fit in there and did not this time. Perhaps they were changed out during the drydock? The new dispensers in the shower were not in the way at all. The new TV's functioned fine and were easy to use.
