We stayed in upgraded balcony with butler and concierge. As a part of that extra cost we got priority boarding except there wasn't any priority boarding offered upon arrival. Non-priority boarding moved faster because priority wasn't staffed. Butler was helpful, but when we called to order a room pizza, room service wouldn't take the order we had to call the Butler....REALLY? Weird. Food was gross in buffet. Cagney's was better. Ship was in port every day and nothing planned during the day if you chose to stay on the ship. A lot of money, okay experience. BTW, before you charge your card based on what the NCL reservationist tells you on the phone, get it in writing first. It saved me a ton of money because the cruise was totally misquoted. Same thing happened for this year's cruise scheduled for a few weeks from now. This year's cruise will be our last NCL cruise and we have spent tens of thousands in 12 months on cruises with them. Their loss, we have plenty of cruise choices. My suggestion, pick another cruise line. Ships are tired, customer service is an oxymoron.
