I want to start off by saying that the ports were all wonderful (RC had nothing to do with that other than getting us to each port).

Our room was spacious and clean, but dated 1672. The TV choices were poor unless you wanted to PAY for premium movies.

I purchased the UP (ultimate package) and always ended up waiting 20 minutes or more to get a drink. The bar menu was the same at all bars except the Champaign Bar. So when ordering outside of the Champaign bar, they didn't have or know how to make the drink. So, it was a very boring drink menu. Not worth the money. Plus, they up charged you for certain drinks even though you had that highest paid drink package. RC is really good at up charging. And, to boot, they scanned your card and printed out a receipt for you to sign hoping for an additional tip. That was very annoying. As if you didn't pay enough!! And if you didn't tip, you got snubbed by the drink staff.
