This was my husband and my 16th cruise we left the bitter cold in PA and flew to Miami two days ahead of our cruise to ARUBA, CURACAO and GRAND TURK. We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in downtown Miami for the first time. It was a beautiful hotel and close to the Bayside Market as well as other stores and eateries. We were very close to the Port which was nice to help avoid alot of traffic to port. We got to the port and waited the usual amount of time to get on board. It was crowded but moved quickly and before we knew it we were up on deck with a drink in hand enjoying the beautiful port of MIA.

We loved the Carnival Breeze as much as her sister Dream, The decor was beautiful and was easy to navigate around. Everything around the ship was spotless!! Like her sister despite the number of people on this ship it never seemed crowded except by the normal places ie pools on sea days, disembark on port days etc the usual spots were people congregate regardless of people count. We did not do many activities except for lounging in the warm sun.

The service on this ship was great! Our room steward John was fabulous we always had whatever we needed in an efficient manner. All other servers and crew were always very friendly as well as our MDR waiter Fernando and his crew.

My husband enjoys being at the front of the ship so this is a common area for us. It was very quiet, the cabin was spacious and offered sufficient storage for the two of us.
