The list is very long - stemming from the ship being too big:

1) Guest services set unrealistic expectations on time required to disembark - we had 11:58 am flight and were told a 9:30 am exit would be fine - only 10 min to airport. But the 9:30 slot didn't leave boat until after 10:30 am - then it took about 45 minutes to get through the gauntlet of getting luggage, customs, etc. As a result we had to skip a pre-paid ride we had scheduled and take a cab at about 11:20 am. We got to our flight with only 2 min to spare - as a result, our luggage did not make it home with us. Made for a very stressful way to end a vacation

2) My Time Dining - we were told we could make a reservation for the time we wanted each morning, but this was not true - most times had been booked weeks in advance - with few options the morning off dinner. As a result we had several nights with 15 - 30 minute waits.

Cabin Review

Cabin was very nice - clean, great room attendant. Nice feature includes iPod docking station - but only for Pre-iPhone 5 phones. Lots of creaking noise from sliding door made it hard to sleep. Compared to other cruise lines it seemed like there were a few less storage areas for clothes, etc.
