This was our 14th cruise on various lines and we found it not very good. We were guests of the Casino Department. The Casino Hosts on shore went the extra mile and were exceptionally helpful but once we got on the ship the Hosts behavior constantly bordered on rude and inconsiderate. I enjoy playing poker and Texas Hold'um but there was only one table on Board and that required a minimum of 300-400 just to sit down. All in all, the Casino (which is why we cruised) left much to be desired from top to bottom. We left a little over $3k on board and felt like there was no appreciation or friendliness from any staff on board. Not even an offer of dinner!

Food was average to poor. We ate most of our meals in the Cafeteria because of the crowds in the dinning room where the servers seemed rushed and over-worked. Room Service breakfasts were the highlight! Entertainment was also below average, especially Legally Blond and Burn The Floor! General design of the Ship was more like an old hotel rather than a new, open Cruise Ship. RC's design is years ahead of Norwegians! Inter-net service was exceptionally slow and over-priced. Cost of photos has risen tremendously to over $26 per shot! The Spa experience was excellent but it cost $200 per person to use. If the Casino Host on shore had not reserved a Spa Suite for us, we would not have known about this nor could we have afforded the $400 to use it. The Cabin Steward (Roger) got into our closets, took food we were keeping in our fridge, constantly did not fill our ice bucket and did nothing in our room but make the bed. I sure wish I had not pre-paid our tips because he would not have gotten one!

If this is their Flagship experience, Norwegian has a long, long way to go!
