This was a short cruise to Key West and Cozumel, with two days at sea in between. The Constellation is an extremely nice ship and the same class as the Summit, which we were on as well. While not the newest ship , it has most of the features you would want, as well as a nice décor and layout that makes it a very comfortable ship. It has an open deck at the rear, adjacent to the buffet, that is a great place to eat or have a drink. It is not as big as on the Solstice class ships and can get crowded when the weather is nice, which it was throughout this cruise.

Docking right in Key West on a not too hot day was a real convenience. The Truman White House, where several significant historic events have taken place, is right next to the cruise port entrance and it was open to the public on this day. Very nice shaded grounds to walk around in and the gift shop had a nice little free historic display.

In Cozumel we docked at the remote port instead of the centrally located one in the actual town center of San Miguel. This means you have to take a taxi, which is much less convenient. The port area where we docked is much less interesting, really just tourist shops.
