This was my first cruise and my wife's 7th (first while being of age to drink).

From the start, systems were down, so they couldn't process any transactions (we wanted to get the Cheers! program and had gift cards to put toward our S&S card).

We went to the casino as they tried to fix the computer system, and found that we didn't need to wait in line downstairs to get the beverage package, and instead buy it from the deserted casino bar, so that was a nice find.

Room was fine overall, brought a bungee cord to old the balcony door open. But the walls were paper thin, nothing more awkward than hearing your neighbors going at it.
