After reading all of these horrible reviews I was very scared to get on this ship! I am a luxury travel advisor and this was my tenth time cruising, my third time with Royal Caribbean. I may only be a "Gold Member", seeing as most of the complaints are coming from the Diamonds etc, but I can tell you this, I have no idea what they are all complaining about! My family loved this ship! From the moment you board to the moment you leave you are being "wowed" at every turn!
We had no problems what so ever with check in, with Dynamic Dining, with internet, with anything!!! I booked our cruise months before we sailed. I did all our reservations for dinner as well as the entertainment and there were no problems at all! Everything went the way it should have. We even changed a few reservations once on board the ship which was no problem at all to do right from the comfort of our cabin.
People have been complaining about service on this ship?? I have no idea why as we were treated with 100% amazing customer service at every turn! Just like on our other RCI cruises.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Very spacious cabins! The finishings were beautiful. The color selections made it feel very relaxing. The extra large flat screens were a bonus as well. Also we found this ship had the biggest pull out couches we have ever seen to date on a cruise.
