The cabins were clean and well furnished; the food varied and of good quality. Cleanliness on board was excellent, with staff friendly and helpful.

On the downside, mobile telephone reception on board was very poor and the wi-fi charges, high - .75 US $ per minute. The entertainment was disappointing for a cruise on a ship of this size. A couple of good nights' entertainment was let down by some very mediocre acts. As for the comedy club, I found this neither 'Adult' nor 'Humour'. It consisted of the foulest mouthed language going - and working in a prison, I am not easily shocked. Your suitcases will be scanned, opened and any duty free confiscated until the night before you leave the ship. Reception staff, particularly the Spanish female ones, were the least helpful and efficient. A query with Barclays American Travellers' Cheques never got sorted, dispite it being with them for the 7 nights of our cruise.

Television channels are poor, unless you pay extra, with not even BBC/Sky world news available. The ship is noisy, but there is a lovely sunbathing deck at the front of the ship which is quieter.

Cabin 6A

Cabin clean and quite spacious. Cabin attendants excellent. Room service good.Television channels dreadful choice and all American focused. No free wi-fi and diabolical mobile coverage.
