This was our first time on Royal Caribbean and it will be our last. From the moment we started to the moment we departed their lack of efficiency was evident. It took 21/2 hours just to board the ship. We stood in a long line with hundreds of others, many of whom who stood outside in the bitter cold, until complaints caused them to shuffle us inside.

The ship was not clean in many of the public places, particularly the dining areas. There seemed to be few people to vacuum the floors and wipe down the spills on the floor. At times, they ran out of flatware for late arriving diners.

Around the pool, many of the plastic webbed chairs had broken "slats".
